Are there any costs involved when I become an affiliate?
There are no costs involved. It is free to join Fruity Affiliates and promote our powerful casino and bingo brands.
What is an Affiliate Program?
An affiliate program is a partnership with an online merchant who compensates you for any sales generated as a result of you sending them traffic via your marketing activities. It is a simple and easy way to earn money from traffic that you generate either online or offline.
How can I become an Affiliate?
To become a Fruity affiliate you simply have to sign up on our website. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link. We will need to approve your website if you have one. Then, once you have confirmed your email you can start by getting links from the marketing tools section.
What happens if my monthly balance ends in the negative?
It's possible that players you refer win overall for the month and your net revenue ends with a negative balance. If your net revenue is minus at the end of the month it does mean that you don't earn any commission for that month. However, we do not carry over that negative balance! You will start the new month with a fresh start.
Are there real time statistics?
The views and clicks will be presented in real-time (maximum delay 5 minutes). Other data (NDC, NRC, Deposits, Net-revenue, your commission) will be updated every day at 06:00 CET for the day before.
What kind of support do you offer?
You can send all your questions by email to info@fruityaffiliates.com. When you sign up at Fruity Affiliates you will be assigned a personal affiliate manager. Most of the time you can contact your personal affiliate manager via Skype.
Can I request different marketing tools?
Yes, this is possible. We can adjust existing marketing tools or create your own banners. You will have to send a request for this to info@fruityaffiliates.com. The delivery time is dependent on availability of staff.
I have more sites and want to see the results on a per site basis. Is this possible?
Yes, you can create different campaigns in the campaign manager page. Per campaign you create marketing tools so you are able to see the results per campaign.
When do I get paid?
All payments for the previous month will be processed on the 15th day of the month or the first business day after, provided that the payment is €100 or higher and affiliates select NETeller, Skrill, or Player account as a payment option. Please note for wire transfers the minimum payment owed must be €250 or higher. If the amount owed to you is lower than the minimum threshold it will be rolled over to the following month.
How do I get paid?
We offer the following payment methods for you to choose from depending on where you are based: Neteller, Skrill, or Wire Transfer.
